Prevention, not treatment
Remote and desk-based work has created an epidemic of musculoskeletal discomfort. Shoulders tighten, backs ache, necks stiffen, hips lock up. For many people, the pain builds until it stops them doing the things they love: playing with their kids, exercising, sleeping comfortably.
WellMotion exists to intervene before that happens. Our programs are not physiotherapy and we don't treat injuries. Instead, we provide expert-designed, short-form movement routines that address the root causes of desk-related discomfort before it becomes a problem.
Every routine is 5–10 minutes, done at your desk, in your work clothes. No barriers, no excuses, no disruption. Just consistent, low-effort movement that keeps your body functioning the way it should.

Greg is a ... with a background in X, Y, and workplace wellness. After years of working with individuals who came to him with desk-related pain, he noticed the same pattern: people weren't moving enough during the workday, and by the time they sought help, discomfort had already taken hold.
WellMotion was born from a simple idea: what if the solution was so easy that people would actually do it? Short routines, no barriers, delivered into the workday. Greg now works directly with companies to roll out pilot programs and build ongoing wellness subscriptions tailored to each team's needs.
